I always go here to watch my car. This time the machine charged my car an additional 5 dollars but the digital pad said $5…? Is there even a number to contact the owners?

I have clean my car at this location for many years and I am very satisfied. It's a friendly environment. Management has improved all the new equipments which I really do.The lead makes it easy. I would strongly suggest whoever needs car. Detailing things to do it there. I have been coming here for many years, and I can see the big change here.

Terrible experience. Pay kiosks in bay didn't work, but charged me $10. Tried tokens. Bought $5 worth. Put them all in and it kept saying needed 50 cents more (supposed to be $3 minimum). Left with still unwashed truck

The machine ripped me off. I put 8 coins in the machine and the machine took all of it. I tried to find a phone number to report my problem and get my money back. There is no phone number posted online to call anyone if you have issues like every other cash wash place has. There was also no contact number posted on any signs at this place like other car wash places have. I will never ever go back here again. There should be a contact number listed if you have problems or complaints. I give this place a negative 0. I will file a complaint also with BBB!!

Guilford Car Wash is a great place to get your motor vehicle washed manually. The car wash only accepts tokens and you can get tokens from there. The token machine accepts 1$ and $5 dollar bill, and quarters. If the change light is on, then the machine is out of tokens. I will advised not to use large bills but small bills. It is probably better to get quarters or single bills like $1. You can also change $5 but again I will advised to use small bills. During the winter, the hose can be frozen due to inclement weather. The vacuum works just great and it accepts tokens too. Dry towels and other cleansing products are also sold there using tokens. As of now, there's no way to contact the owners. But I think there's a small box located on the outside exiting through where the change machine is on the left side of the 4 washing stations to the right. If you have a problem, you can drop a note, and I believe that the owners will get to you. Thanks for using Guilford Car Wash. Have a fantastic day!!
